Yes, I know their website isn’t as sexy as some would like, but what they offer is quite attractive.
They’ve got three locations in the Baltimore area, sound-proof rooms, security cameras, gated parking and they offer 24 hour access so you can practice all night if you wanted to. The places even have vending machines that not only dispense snacks/drinks but strings too. How sweet is that?
Sure, the monthly price may be a little steep for some of you (it runs from $250 to $600 a month depending on the size of the room you want) but if you or your band are serious about practicing and getting better, then it’s definitely worth it. A friend of mine’s band reserved a room at the Essex location and had nothing but good things to say about it.
So if you’re finally fed up with stupid noise ordinances, be like a pro and rent out a room at one of these places.
